This is 'The Ballad of MLK," a somber turn, for dramatic effect. In the story, MLK refers to a forgotten prototype who's life was cut short, when it's hard drive suffered an overload.
This is 'Max Expresso' (Heroes Theme) Because every manga has to have a hero. ;)
